                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE 
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST, 
                   RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED 
                   TECHNOLOGIES, INC., FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN 
                   SERVICES RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 40F, 
                   STUART HEIGHTS PUMP STATION, FOR A 
                   CONSIDERATION OF FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND 
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($55,000.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby 
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an Agreement with 
       Consolidated Technologies, Inc. (CTI) for engineering design 
       services relative to Contract No. 40F, Stuart Heights Pump 
       Station, for a consideration of $55,000.00.
